What we measure
We measure free chlorine reduction on our own bench, at room temperature. In those conditions the cartridge reaches up to 97% reduction over its three-month service life. This is internal testing, not an external laboratory, and we would rather say that plainly.
What we don't claim yet
Chloramines and dissolved metals. The filter is built to address both, but we put no number on them until an independent laboratory verifies it. That work is scheduled. When the results are in, the lab's name sits next to the figure.
Why we tell you this way
A filter that shows its limits is easier to trust than one that promises everything. What we do to your water, we test and state in the same language we'd use with a chemist.
